Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the electronic item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
